Subcontractor Prequalification

Every sub over $250K in contract value must prequalify annually.

Required

• 3 years financials (reviewed by Tom's team)
• EMR ≤ 1.0 (0.8 preferred) and OSHA logs — Priya reviews
• References: 2 GCs, 1 owner
• Single-project and aggregate capacity limits set at approval

Tiers

• Tier A — invited to all bids, early release packages
• Tier B — invited selectively, max $1M single contract
• Provisional — one project with enhanced retainage, then re-review

Approvals live in the sub database; exceptions require Dana + Priya sign-off.
