New PM Onboarding — First 90 Days

Week 1

• Systems: Procore, Sage 300, the Brain (this wiki)
• Shadow a Monday precon meeting and an owner OAC meeting

Days 30/60/90

• 30: Own submittals + RFIs on assigned project
• 60: Run the OAC meeting with PX in the room
• 90: Own monthly pay app + cost forecast, present at ops review
