Bid Day Runbook

T-48 hours

• Confirm all addenda acknowledged (list them on the form!)
• Bond request to surety — Tom signs
• Sub quote matrix: minimum 3 per major trade, flag scope gaps

T-4 hours

• Leveling meeting: Marcus + lead estimator level all major trades
• Plug numbers identified and circled — every plug needs a fallback sub
• Final margin call: Dana sets fee based on go/no-go score and backlog

T-60 minutes

• Two people fill the form independently, cross-check
• Phone lines open for late sub quotes — cutoff T-15
• Delivery confirmation (portal receipt or stamped hand delivery)

Post-bid (same day)

• Save final leveling sheet to the project folder
• If we're low: notify surety, start buyout list
• If not: log the spread in the bid results tracker — we mine this for pricing intel
